I drove up in my van...I climbed out of my van...I entered the store...I made my way to the horse section...Okay, you get the message.
WHERE?
I bought this at PetSmart, in the horse section (no, it was in the gerbil aisle...).
WHY?
I had heard some good things about this brand of shampoo, and some not-so-good things...but in any case, I decided to try it.
Likes: I really like the smell of this stuff! And the way it makes my horses all shiny and soft, too. Plus, it's not too bad for my hair, either...I love the way it feels after I use Mane N' Tail Shampoo!
Dislikes: The bottle leaks. I had it stored in my tack room, sitting on top of some molasses, and the next morning-boom! Shampoo-flavored molasses...an interesting complement to any meal, to say the least.
Quality: Aside from the leaking bottle, which I am very dissapointed about, this product is of utmost quality, and leaves horses (and humans) fluffy and shiny. If it hadn't gotten "used" (a.k.a. leaked out) so fast, I would have continued buffing up my horses with it.
Summary: Overall, I liked the product a LOT-but not the packaging! It was great...while it lasted...but the Mane N' Tail head honchos need to get it together with the bottles.
