Purchase: I purchased my new Sentry directly from Crest Ridge Saddlery. I paid $1450
Likes: First off it is an absolutely beautiful saddle. The workmanship and quality is tremendous, it has a CUSHY seat and puts me in a great position for my bad back. I can't say enough how great a saddle this is, but the best thing about it is Debra, the owner of Crest Ridge Saddlery. She spent a TON of time with me to make sure that I got the perfect saddle fit on my hard to fit horse. We emailed, we sent pictures and we spoke on the phone numerous times until we were both satisfied. The level of customer service that she provides is a rare blessing indeed.
Dislikes: There is NOT one thing I don't like about this saddle or company.
Quality: The workmanship is top notch with a high quality leather, lots of rings and dees to clip all of your trail riding/camping gear to, super thick fleece on the underside of the saddle and a thick, comfortable padding on the seat.
Summary: I would highly recommend Crest Ridge Saddles. It was well worth the price I paid for the quality workmanship and excellent customer service that I received.
