Purchase: I bought it from Jeffers for $29.95. It required some assembly. I've always preferred auto waterers since my horse likes to play in the troughs and tip it out all summer long. That makes it hard for me to leave them for more than a few hours. Plus, I like for them to always have fresh water.
Likes: Easy to hook up and move around. Can be mounted on wall or hung on different size fencing. They thought of just about everything.
Dislikes: After you hook it up the float valve might move around and be sideways. Hard to tell if you can fix it or not or if it's hanging correctly. You are supposed to hand tighten it but then it's so loose that it gets turned around when putting hose on. So you have to be careful. Also, the instructions assumed that it was assembled so they were a little out of order. I started to follow them and then realized that I had to start over...
Quality: Well made, not heavy duty...
Summary: I'm really happy with it so far. Have only had it for a week so I don't know how long it will last, but it's still worth it to me.
