Purchase: I ordered a saddle from Tack Outlet Superstore and it was delivered in 12 days. It was the wrong saddle and there is no customer service telephone number. They finally replied by e-mailed and asked that I send the saddle back and they would send the correct saddle. Well, over 3 weeks went by and no confirmation that they received the saddle I sent back. I sent it registered mail ($75.00). And, I have still not received the correct saddle. Please beware of this company. I am out $350.00 so far.

Quality: Not what was pictured. Very poor quality.
