Purchase: I bought this saddle 2 years ago on Ebay and i paid $560 for the saddle and $600 total for the shipping costs. This saddle now prices around $700 or so depending on where you buy it from. I was lucky and bought one of these great saddles before there price went up.

Likes: I like the saddle because it has very good quality leather, tooling is to perfection, good quality bull hide covered tree, it had purple rhinestones around the skirt. I use it for more than just barrel racing i also do ranch sorting and team penning and it works great for an all around saddle and keeps you in the saddle, fits like a glove! I have had this saddle for 2 years and it is still in great shape and i ride all year around and a couple times a week. and also

Dislikes: I haven't found anything that i don't like about this saddle it fits me very good and my horse doesn't have any problems with the fitting either.

Quality: It has a bull hide covered hardwood tree,seat size of 13" 14" 15" with the choice of pink purple or lime green ostrich, semi quarter horse bars,Roughout fenders and jockeys, 12.5" swell, 6.5" gullet,3" horn, 5" cantle, with rhinestones around the skirt,7/8 rigging with stainless steel D-rings, weight around 27 pounds, in light oil.Extra heavy #1 skirting leather for extra long wear.5 year manufactures warranty Blue River barrel saddles are strong, hand crafted saddles. These western saddles are top of the line in every way and made with strong bull hide covered hardwood trees, premium and symmetrical shaped hand tooled leather and stainless steel hardware.
