Purchase: I bought this saddle at Hamp's Saddles and Tack in Alphareta, GA about two and a half years ago. At that time it was lightly used and i got it for the great price of $300. New, this saddle is usually around $500 or $600.
Likes: I think this saddle is a very good beginner saddle. It is VERY comfortable and affordable. I love that this saddle, being an older model, has no knee rolls, so you can really feel your horse's movements and move with him. This saddle also seemed to fit most of the horses that i rode with a medium tree. Another thing was that even after being ridden in for at least three years, it looked almost new! All and all, i think this saddle was worth the money and, is an all around good saddle!
Dislikes: I really cant think of anything that is bad about this saddle. Of course it is no Stuben or anything, but it is worth what you pay for it.
Quality: I think it was a pretty quality saddle. it was one of the low end saddles of the B. T. Crump brand.
Summary: I think it was an excellent starters saddle and worth every penny!
