Category: Dressage Saddles
Purchase: I found this saddle at a local tack store, almost new condition, for 440 dollars.
Likes: This saddle fit my thoroughbred really well, and im also very comfortable and secure in it. Its great for dressage, and trail riding, and for the price, i was surprised how nice it was, to me, the quality seems the same as a much more expensive saddle.
Dislikes: nothing really, underneath the saddle the makers used brown leather, but you cant see it when its being used on the horse.
Quality: The quality of materials and construction matches that of higher end saddles, i tried a much more expensive saddle when i was looking for a fit and it had almost the same fit as the Barney saddle.
Summary: If your looking for a high quality saddle without the name brand (and price!) be sure to try one of these and see if it fits for you.
Usefulness Rating: 2.7 out of 5.
