Purchase: I purchased this saddle not too long ago (probably one week). I caught it on sale for $600 with a free bridle! :-)
Likes: So far, the rides were great. It doesn't take long to break in- on the first ride, it was very comfortable. The color is very pretty and would probably look good on any horse/pony. The picture from Dover doesn't make the saddle look the same color as the actual saddle is a red-brown color. The leather for the knee rolls is very soft and comfortable while the flaps are a harder leather that take long rides very well. The knee rolls are the perfect size and I can feel my horse as if I were riding almost bareback. This saddle is comparable (and probably better) than some Collegiates I have ridden in.
Dislikes: The stirrup leathers were hard to get in on the first try (as do most saddles on the first try). Other than that, nothing!
Quality: The quality is more than I expected for a saddle that I got for $600! The construction is very well designed (suitable for equitation, hunter, and jumper, etc.).
Summary: Please buy this saddle! :) You won't be sorry!
