Purchase: I purchased this through Jeffers Equine for right at about $99
Likes: The concept of the pad is a good idea, I do like the extra padding behind the shoulder area. I liked the 60 day guarantee on the pad that is offered and Jeffers willing to honor that guarantee/return.
Dislikes: I felt like the pad was cheaply made and flimsy for the price I paid for it. I put it on my horse and it looked like it would work well, by design. However, when I put my saddle on it and tightened up, it compressed so much that it wasnt even like he had a pad on. He is not a cinchy horse and when I tightened saddle, he pinned his ears and moved, trying to get away from it. I instantly took it off of him and put it in the box to return it.
Quality: Felt the quality was low. I was hoping for a better quality, especially with Charmayne putting her name to it. The pad could have been a good pad, if it was made of sturdier materials.
Summary: Not worth the price. I have a pad I paid $30 for and it is sturdier and better quality than this pad.
