Purchase: I purchased a turnout sheet from a website for about $60 and the saxon light weight blanket for $50.
Likes: The price is really the only thing I liked about the blankets.
Dislikes: First of all weatherbeeta blankets are not made for warmbloods and large horses in general. Sure, they go up to size 87" but they really don't fit. They stop 1/2 way down the side of the horse and there is no where near sufficient room in the shoulder area. They would fit arabs, thoroughbred and most quarter horses just fine but nothing over 1200 pounds.
Quality: You get what you pay for with their blankets. For the most part they don't hold up to daily use.
Summary: If you have a small to medium size horse and your on a budget they are a fine blanket, get at least a 1200 denier though.
