Purchase: I purchased this saddle from an ebay auction for $500. It was a discontinued model at this time.
Likes: The workmanship on this saddle is excellent, with contrast stitching and sold construction. The leather on the seat and knee pads is supple and "sticky" leather (especially once oiled). The flaps are notably more forward than my previous all-purpose saddle, which makes this a great saddle for taller or longer-legged riders. This saddle is quite comfortable, both on the flat and over fences. The knee blocks are movable (velcro patch), which is convenient.
Dislikes: The flaps themselves, as well as the billets were very stiff (still need a good deal of breaking in after ~20 rides). No thigh blocks.
Quality: Excellent construction and materials - this saddle only improve with more rides.
Summary: Great saddle overall. Would recommend to a friend.
