Purchase: I ordered a saddle from Chick's for the price they had advertised. It is taking over 3.5 weeks to get to my house. I emailed them countless times and they had assured me I would get a tracking number, etc. I had to email them many times just to get the tracking number and find out what was going on and where my saddle was.

Dislikes: Now Chick's has charged me an extra 19.99 for nothing. I had already paid for the saddle otherwise they wouldn't have shipped it out. I did not order anything else from them. Now they are charging my card.
Quality: I have not received the saddle yet so I am not sure on the quality.
