Purchase: I bought this cinch at a tack shop for about $50 on sale.
Likes: I love this cinch. I used to use a nice quality neoprene cinch, but this one is so much better. I noticed a difference in my mare's movement and general attitude in the first ride.
It stays amazingly cool as well. After about 8 hours of hard riding there was only minimal sweat under this cinch! Amazing!
I also noticed that my saddle shifts abit less since I got it. And it stays put better than my neoprene cinch, even during barrel runs!
Dislikes: I do not dislike anything about this cinch. I would have preferred a leather centerpiece over a nylon one, but this doesn't affect its use at all.
Quality: Very nice quality. I was amazed at the quality of the hardware used with this cinch. The solid stainless steel roller buckles and nicely formed d rings make sure this cinch will last. And it won't rust like the cheapie ones will.
The mohair seemed very soft, yet strong as well. Overall the construction looked good, nothing to really pick at.
Summary: Overall I'd love to buy another of theses cinches. They may be abit pricier than a cheap neoprene or felt cinch, but they are well worth the extra money.
