Purchase: I bought the halter from Swynar Tackshop in Steinbach, MB, Canada for $29.95 The 12 ft. nylon leadshank from Cowtown in Brandon, Mb where I live for $52.95.

Likes: Not much. The Halter slips when tied and the lead shank tends to get kinks in it.

Dislikes: The worst part is that my horse gets a shock every time I rub or pet her. Not pleasant for either of us. I wear 100% cotton clothes and rubber soled shoes, but it doesn't make any difference.

Quality: Doubt it will ever break, no problem there.

Summary: I am extremely disappointed in the performance of this package. About the best I can say is that it looks nice from a distance, as long as you don't touch your horse.
