Purchase: I just bought my second horse. I had told the seller I was looking for a new barrel saddle, since I had not yet had my own. She brought out a beat up looking saddle. I was a little worried that it was going to fall apart on me or something, but my dad assured me that he would get it looking like brand new. She sold it to us for $300, so I thought why not. My dad spent maybe 10 minutes on it and already it look brand new.
Likes: I absolutely love the saddle. It fits my horse really well. I have used it on many other horses also. I use it for team penning, barrels, poles, etc. I stick right in the saddle. It holds me in around tight turns which I love, because falling sucks. :D
Dislikes: This is not a saddle made for high withered horses. It fits my horse just fine and he's built like a tank, but when I ride other peoples horses that have high withers I have to use their saddle.
Quality: This is a very well built saddle. Very versatile and durable. The seat holds you in and is very comfortable.
Summary: This saddle is well built, and just down right amazing.
