Model: Dressage Saddle
Category: Dressage Saddles
Purchase: I got this saddle well-used from a second hand tack store. I paid about $600 which I thought was an awesome price. The saddle is used but has kept its condition WELL. It could use a re-stuffing but other than that it doesn't show wear and tear as much as others I've seen and it kept its dark brown color-no fading or dye coming off.
Likes: I have had it for about 4 years and it is hands down the most comfortable saddle I've ever ridden in. There isn't a ton of leather between you and the horse so I still felt connected and comfortable.
Dislikes: My coach said because it needs re-stuffing it puts my leg into a bit of a "chair seat" but I imagine most saddles need to be re-stuffed eventually. I won't hold it against the saddle!
Quality: Quality is great. Symmetrical and well marked. The saddle is slightly smaller compared to many so it looks great on my horse that is under 15hh.
Summary: Great saddle. Try it out if you get a chance and I'm sure you'll be comfortable and happy!
