Category: Trail Saddles
Purchase: Bought from Green River Tack for $345 + $35 shipping. I have been looking for a saddle that is wide enough to fit my round-barreled Quarter horse cross and hoped this might be it.
Likes: Very good quality for its price. Seems more like a $750 saddle than a $350 saddle. I like how it has two optional places for the girth.
Dislikes: Seems to be made for a much higher-withered horse. It sat quite outrageously high off my horse's back.
Quality: As said before, the saddle is very good quality. It should last a long time. I wish it was constructed to sit closer to the horse.
Summary: Overall, I was pleased with its quality but disappointed by the unusual way it sat on my flat-withered horse. I recommend it for higher withered horses.
Usefulness Rating: 2.91667 out of 5.
