Purchase: My parents paid for this great Kincade Saddle with their money. Since I am leasing my first horse, they told me as a gift, they would buy one for me, one reasonably cheap and yet high in quality. We shopped around at places such as Ricks Saddle Shop and the Tack Shelter, and found ones very high in quality and very pricy, or little in quality and cheap. So we went online to www.statelinetack.com. We searched saddles and came across the Kincade Children's Close Contact English Saddle, and found it was high and quality and only $299.99. We decided to go for it, and me and my dad are very glad we did. That saddle is excellent quality and very inexpensive. You must buy stirrup leather, irons and stirrup pads, but they are not much more. Keep in mind if you are saddle shopping, read this review. If this review helps even one person find the perfect saddle, it would have been definately worth writing it.
Likes: I love my Kincade Close Contact Saddle because it is very high in quality and it fits my horse perfectly. I get a lot of compliments and people around my barn are always asking to use it. It is very comfortable and is a gorgeous saddle.
Dislikes: For me, there is nothing bad about this saddle.
Quality: The quality is 100%, and completely equal to a saddle that is over $1,000. It fits many horses very nicely, depending if you buy a wide tree or a regular tree. The leather is top notch and always keeps it's shine.
Summary: The Bottom Line: This saddle is perfect for anyone who wants to save money and still have a quality made saddle. I hope that if you buy the Kincade Close Contact Saddle, it will bring to you all the joy that it did me!
