Purchase: We bought these for our barefooted horses. We are still getting the horses feet to toughen up. We paid around 48.00 for each of the 4 boots two for each horse.We bought these boots through Valley Vet.
Likes: The boots are easy to put on. The horses like the boots. They are not clumsy. The boots have been tested through water, mud and even shoe sucking muck and these boots stay one! The boots have replaceable gaiters and screws if you need them.
Dislikes: The measurements have to be exact or they don't fit right.
Quality: Construction of the boots are great the gaiter are made of Neoprene and they both have ripped in the same place on both horses.
Summary: The gaiters could be stronger but it is worth it. The gaiters replacing once a year would still be worth it. The boots stay on. We are very happy with these boots.
