Purchase: Purchased this saddle new from Schleese at a trade show.
Likes: Very comfortable saddle. Fits my horse well after being adjusted/fitted. Like that the tree can be adjusted to fit a new horse or growing/changing horse.
Dislikes: Heavy. Customer service for having the saddle re-fitted is a nightmare. It is impossible to get them to come to my area more than once a year, even though my horse is changing rapidly and I pay for every adjustment they make. They never mentioned that having the saddle re-fitted frequently would be a problem when I was purchasing the saddle.
Quality: Fairly well constructed. Leather is nice and soft. The leather seems to be wearing well and there is very little fading even though I ride in it everyday.
Summary: Love the saddle...Hate the company. I'm very disappointed in Schleese. It seems selling a saddle is much more important than servicing what was a very happy customer.
