Purchase: I bought it through HorseDream Importers. It was $422
Likes: The only thing I liked was how it looked in the catalogue.
Dislikes: I have had nothing but problems with HorsemanDreams importers and their pad. The pad had the top stirrup D ring out from under the sheepskin and it rubbed my thigh. No one would rightfully construct a pad or saddle like this. The company agreed it was a faulty pad by photos. I sent the pad back and now they are saying it is NOT faulty and they will only give me half my money back! They went back on their word. I am disputing the sale through Visa. How is that for service and product? Neither were good.
Quality: I found the pad to have white sheepskin 'lint' all over the black base pad so it never did look good. It looks softer than it actually is. I had to put MORE money into the rig because I put a gel pad in the insert. Even if it wasn't faulty it didn't work.
Summary: HorseDream Importers did not keep their word and will not give me my money back. The product looks softer/better than it is. If you have to have this kind of pad, try a different brand of the same type product and for sure go through someone other than Horsedream Importers.
