Purchase: I bought this saddle on ebay for about $700 used.
Likes: It's fantastic so far! Have been using it for about a year now and I even like to use it for pleasure riding at home. It's a comfortable ride and fits all the horses I have used it on so far. I love this saddle. My other saddles are a circle y and a tex tan. I find myself using the Alamo the most now.
Dislikes: I would like shorter skirts for short backed horses like arabs though we mostly have stock horses here so its ok for me.
Quality: Nice quality leather and strong construction. Decent Silver. A mid/high quality item.
Summary: I would buy another one of these and might go for the same saddle with full tooling next.
