Purchase: I was able to trade a show saddle for this Reinsman saddle. I traded it at the Horse Blanket in Central Point, OR, although they don't usually trade they knew someone who wanted a show saddle. The price they had it listed was $1395.00.
Likes: I love that the saddle fits both of my horses. It is very comfortable for me to ride in. All the leather is wonderful Herman Oak. The stirrup leathers are barrel racing style so they never had much of a break in period.
I live on the coast where metal rusts unless it is stainless steel. All the hardware on this saddle is stainless. Most saddle companies use nickel plated hardware.
Dislikes: I like everything about this saddle.
Quality: The leather is great quality Herman Oak. The hardware is stainless. It is an excellent quality saddle.
Summary: I love this saddle it is comfortable for me and my horses, and put together with usability and quality.
