Purchase: I bought this helmet for aprox. 65$( about 70$ with the taxes i think).
Likes: I've had it for a year and a half and its still holding up great. I like how sleek it is for a schooling helmet. It doesn't look like you have a giant mushroom on your head. The mate finish is also great because scratches don't show that much. As far as horse shows go, i just throw a velvet cover on top (also made by troxel) and it looks great!
I also love the way the adjustable dial is made... instead of a little wheel that you turn it's to ends that you push together.It makes it really easy to adjust it while you have it on your head.
Dislikes: After a while the glue holding the velcro for the padding inside the helmet became gooey and made the padding fall out of place. All i had to do was put the padding back were it used to be and it is now ok.
Quality: The quality? amazing! it holds up extremely well and all you have to do to wash it is take a wet rag and wipe it clean.
Summary: My favorite helmet so far!( out of schooling helmets .... and in my price range)I recommend it to everyone who needs a good reliable and comfortable helmet.
