Purchase: I bought this pad at the State Horse Expo after having a trainer highly recommend it to me. IT was rather pricey at $275.
Likes: IT has been amazing! My saddle used to leave dry spots and I have found that since getting this pad there are no dry spots any more. It helps to distribute even pressure along the horses back. I don't think that I will ever use a different saddle pad again. Also, the company has been very helpful when I have called with questions.
Dislikes: It was rather pricey but for the benefits and considering the price of alot of saddle pads on the market it wasn't horrible.
Quality: The top layer contains the CSI flex-plate that is similar to bullet proof vest inserts. This helps to distribute the pressure all along the horses back rather than in certain spots. It has pvc foam in the bottom layer. Excellent quality!!
Summary: I was informed of a recall on the pvc foam bottom layer in the months that I bought a saddle pad. I contacted the company right away and found that I had a defective foam layer and they were very helpful a sent me a new foam layer asap! Very helpful and friendly people! All I can say is excellent company!
