Purchase: I purchased this saddle from Greenhawk in Nova Scotia. This saddle had some minor scratches and was on sale for $650+tax. I believe this saddle retails for over $1000. I had been looking for a jumping saddle that was in my price range and was of good quality, and I found it!
Likes: I really like this saddle, very nice ride! Has nice short flaps that are great for me, being vertically challenged. Very secure over fences and nice when riding on the flat. This saddle gives you just the right amount of freedom and hold to keep you secure in the saddle. Has nice leather and love the colour(oakbark). I know some have bad experiences with HDR however so far I am very happy with this saddle.
Dislikes: I don't have any big issues with this saddle. The leather that is not in view is not of the best quality but durable. The quality leather that is in view does scratches easily. Other then that very nice saddle and happy with its performance.
Quality: Like I said the leather not seen is not of the best quality but durable not a deal breaker.
Summary: Bottom line I really like this saddle, very nice ride and over all is a good quality saddle.
