Likes: The Good:
It has a perfectly balanced seat and super comfortable leather. One reason I bought this model was the easy change gullet system because I ride everything from TBs to ponies, all shapes and sizes. That is also the reason I buy all-purpose saddles too. The new CAIR system has excellent shock absorption, I can tell the horses are more comfortable as well.
Dislikes: The Bad:
NOTHING
Quality: I've had Bates saddles in the past and they last a very long time. I think they would outlast me if I didn't get the itch every few years to get a new saddle. It's a quality leather, you can tell just by looking at it. The gullet system is easy to change as well.
Summary: This is one of my favorite saddles by far. An excellent choice for any rider of any discipline, especially for the price.
