Model: Gen II Bayou Plantation Trail
Category: Trail Saddles
Purchase: I took my draft cross Smokey to Carroll Co Tack Shop Finksburg MD 9/09 for a saddle fitting. With the excellent fitting advice of Brandon, I purchased the Tucker Gen II Bayou Plantation new for $1725.00
Likes: I have ridden english for 20 yrs but after a bad fall on the trail last year I felt I needed a bit more security in my saddle. This saddle offers that as well as comfort for both myself & my horse. He has no dry spots on his back after riding for the 1st time and seems quite happy. The seat is amazingly comfortable. I also love the trail stirrups.
Dislikes: Nothing...except the charge card bill!
Quality: Excellent quality leather. Stitching is even and well finished.
Summary: Each ride gives me a bit more confidence back as I feel secure in my seat. Thank you Tucker & Brandon @ Carroll Co Tack for giving me back the trails!
