Purchase: I bought this bridle for Dover Saddlery in October of 09 on sale for about $40.
Likes: This bridle far exceeded my expectations. For the price, I expected cheap cardboard leather that would always be stiff, unfinished edges, and bad stitching.
Instead I got a nicely made bridle that oiled up very well. The stitching is very nice, the leather is soft and the padding is great. I bought this as a schooling bridle, but it could easily go in to the show ring.
Dislikes: The only thing I noticed on this bridle is that the holes are a little bit off to one side on some of the straps. Not enough to worry about or to affect that use of the bridle, but just something I noticed. My Stubben have a couple of holes off center too.
Quality: Great quality. Oil it up and ride!
Summary: If you are looking at this bridle, bite the bullet and buy it. You won't be disappointed!
