Purchase: I bought this used from a friend who had recently sold her horse. It was 2 years old at the time (about a year ago) and I paid $300 with all the fittings.
Likes: This is a good saddle for a beginner or for someone on a budget. I use it for both flat work and jumping. The seat is well balanced.
Dislikes: I can't really complain since I bought this used for a good deal, I prefer plain flaps and no knee rolls. This does have the plain flaps but has concealed knee rolls. If I had been shopping new that would be my choice.
Quality: So many down play the argentine made saddles but it's better quality that you'd expect. It's not like those argentine saddle package type of saddles. It was already broken in so I can't comment on that, but it is very comfortable, stitching still strong, just normal wear marks on the flaps.
Summary: If you are looking for a basic saddle, maybe one for schooling or just to beat around in, I'd pick this one up. I usually see it on EBay if you want used. I know they have changed the model so I'm sure the newer ones are great too.
