Purchase: I bought these boots from my favorite hunting ground: Ebay. I paid $66.00 (plus $23.00 shipping to Canada)
Likes: What a gorgeous pair of little boots! A nice turquoise on the top; zesty but not garish, and a faux ostrich type bottom. The bottom is made of some sort of plastic covering that looks good and is really tough. I have another pair of these that I've worn for three years through rain, slush and snow, and they are pretty waterproof! These kind of boots can be worn around town or around the barn.
Dislikes: Man, what a bummer. As I mentioned, I have had a pair of these boots in another colour for three years, so I ordered the same size boots. Well, nothing stays the same, as it were. Ariat has changed the cut. The size 7 in the new boots in no way resembled the size 7 of the older ones. They are tight around the instep and narrower that they were. They don't fit...what a shame! So I'm selling them!
Quality: Very nice, just like the others!
Summary: How can you not love the look of FatBabys? Lesson learned: try on the boots at the store, and buy them there....You'll be sure you have the right size.
