Purchase: I bought this bridle from the bargain basement at Dover Saddlery in Plaistow NH. (They have some great deals if you're ever in the area!) I paid $50 for it. I was just passing by with a friend and we decided to stop, and I figured I could at least use it for schooling.
Likes: I like that the padded/raised headband seems soft and looks nice. The reins are also fairly soft. It fit my horse well.
Dislikes: Even with the limited use the bridle has gone through, the leather has started to crack (surface only) where the holes are on the noseband, and a little on the throatlatch near the holes.
Quality: The quality is OK. For a local show or schooling bridle, this is fine. There are definitely other bridles out there that would be a better buy, since new these retail for a little over $100 (closer to $120).
Summary: I probably would not purchase this bridle again, though I've heard their saddles are very nice.
