Purchase: I bought this on sale off the Horseloverz website for $34.99. I think it's normally around $60.
Likes: The price is attractive, and it's held up to very gentle use on a stalled mare. In So Cal we need 100g blankets and they can be a little tough to come by.
Dislikes: The fit. This would probably fit a narrow horse much better than my wide, big shouldered Dutch Warmblood mare. The front doesn't even cover her chest all the way and the neck hole is tiny. The rear part of it isn't tapered at all but more just a straight vertical cut, with almost a swallowtail type of corner that just doesn't make sense. The tail flap is pretty dinky and the rear leg straps aren't elastic. It simply does not fit my mare well at all.
Quality: It hasn't been used like a true turnout so I can't really say-- it has been on a stalled horse since I bought it. It doesn't feel like a 600D blanket though.
Summary: For $35, it's worth the money. But I'd recommend saving $15 and buying one of the $50 1200D Schneider's blankets and I will probably end up giving this away.
