Purchase: We purchased the boots from a local supplier as a Christmas present for myself. They were on sale for 169.99 Cdn, regular price 199.99 Cdn.
Likes: I liked the classic look with the toe cap and thought the workmanship appeared to be very good quality. The leather on Ariat boots normally has a nice pliable feel but not cheap.
Dislikes: The sole peeled away from the leather construction in less than 4 months. I was very disappointed. We ended up trying to glue it back together so that they were usable and it held for awhile.
Quality: Leather construction, lace-up paddock style and great sole for wearing outside.
Summary: I'm not a professional and these boots were used for what I would consider, a normal amount of wear for a backyard horse owner. For the amount of money they cost, I expected them to last a lot longer.
