Purchase: I received this saddle as a birthday gift from my husband. It was my 38th birthday and he didn't know what to get me, so I helped him decide. My saddler Mike Cohran deals in Wintec Saddles so he helped me with fitting my horse. I paid approximately $1,000. for a wonderful purchase.
Likes: This saddle fits my horse extremely wonderful and I have used this saddle on many other horses with no problems at all. I have gotten older and I have change in body type this saddle is still very comfortable.
Dislikes: I would love to get a new saddle but this one is still in perfectly good shape, so I have no excuse to buy a new one.
Quality: It is a synthetic saddle, it is light weight, and very durable. I live in Texas where it is very hot and it has held up to the extreme heat we have here. I wash it off with water and it cleans up beautifully.
Summary: I love my saddle and I would purchase the New Wintec 500 if this one would be replaced. It has been a very comfortable saddle for both me and my horses. The designers of this saddle knew what they were doing when they produced this fine quality saddle.
