Purchase: I bought this saddle used from Rick's Heritage Saddlery in West Chester, PA for about $700. I believe the saddle was a demo saddle but there were no marks on it. It looked brand new at a bargain price!
Likes: Overall I love this saddle! My dream saddle needed to have a knee and calf block and this one does! I have sat in many pricey saddles and this one honestly feels the same. This saddle has a high knee roll and allows close contact with the horse which is great for flat work and jumps.
Dislikes: The leather used on the flaps and billets is not as high quality as the soft leather on the seat, knee roll and under side. I am sure with time and cleaning the leather will become much more flexible. I have saddle soaped and conditioned once and I already see a difference.
Quality: I have only had this saddle for about a month but the construction seems great. So far I have had no complaints. I didn't know much about this brand or model when I bought it but I am pleasantly surprised with its' quality.
Summary: This is a great saddle and I would recommend it to any Hunter or Jumper! :D
