Purchase: I bought this hunt coat from Dover for $116 (on clearance)after outgrowing my Concour Elite hunt coat.
Likes: This jacket has the same looks as it's 'sister coat' the Grand Prixs. It is cool enough for summer riding but is fit for those winter shows also. It fits nicely and is actually true to their size chart (Yes, it's true! Finally a coat that doesn't run a few sizes smaller than they say!)
Dislikes: The buttons. Maybe I just have a button problem but ALL THREE buttons fell off the very first time I tried it on. Luckily I didn't lose them so I an a chance to re-sew them. After I did that I never had any problems with the coat.
Quality: Very nice quality similar the that of the Grand Prix and RJ Classics coat. As I mentioned above the only construction problem I had with it was the buttons, a minor drawback for such an amazing coat!
Summary: This coat is for you if:
A) You want a nice coat without killing your wallet.
B) You do winter and summer shows and want a versatile coat that is comfortable in all weather.
C) You want a coat that actually follows the size chart so you don't have to guess what size you need!
So summing it up this coat was one of the best investment I've ever made in the horse world!
