Model: horse print / star print riding gloves (View all horse print / star print riding gloves reviews)
Category: Dressage Saddles
Purchase: Bought them at The mill of belair for 25$ and two other pairs from Horselovers for 17$
Likes: I normally hate wearing gloves while riding, but you almost forget you are wearing these. They are light and don't interfere with your feel of the reins, but are still pretty warm for winter wear. The printed tops (either blue horse or pink star) add a bit of fun, but are small subtle prints. The black leather palms wear well. I liked them well enough to buy two more pairs. Even put one pair accidentally through the washer and they came out fine in spite of being leather.
Dislikes: The black dye on the leather part of the glove can transfer to hands if the gloves get very wet.
Quality: Have held up very well after a winters worth of rides. A horse kicked my hand and while inside the glove some skin peeled off my thumb, the glove surface was unmarred
Summary: Great gloves particularly for picky riders who don't want to wear gloves. you can forget you are wearing them.
Usefulness Rating: 2.76923 out of 5.
