Purchase: I received this saddle pad as a Christmas gift about 5 years ago and I have to say that the pad has held up very well!
Likes: The split designed contour fit helps eliminate binding over the back and withers. This pad has very thick, high quality wear leathers and after years of continuous use they haven't even started to wear thin. The wool felt helps wick moisture off the horse's back and aids in keeping him cool.
Dislikes: The two layers of felt on the back right corner are beginning to pull apart, but this pad has seen very heavy use over the past 5 years and it is probably time to retire it.
Quality: Excellent quality wool felt! This is a great looking pad and is designed to be used alone or with a blanket, so it can fit almost anyone's needs.
Summary: I love this pad and will definitely be replacing it with another Classic Equine ESP pad when the time is right.
