Purchase: My sister purchased a brand new Zaldi Royal saddle on ebay for close to $600 after shipping. I know they retail elsewhere for over $1200. She has been letting me use her saddle for shows since it is still brand new and pretty.
Likes: This is the most comfortable, secure feeling english saddle I have ever sat in. I ride mostly western and only enter the english classes for high point, and usually I feel like I'm just perched up there. This saddle feels so different. The knee pads are soft and the knee and thigh blocks really keep my leg where it needs to be.
Dislikes: There isn't a bad thing I can say about this saddle!
Quality: The leather is very nice and supply, the wide tree has fit every quarter horse and paint we have put it on, and the two tone color is just so pretty to look at.
Summary: I love Zaldi saddles. Don't let the fact that most people haven't heard of them scare you off. They are very nice saddles made in Spain and distributed by B.T. Crump.
