Dislikes: Not durable. Tail flap tore off on the first wearing. Every time my horse has worn this blanket, it has torn. The fabric is NOT 1680 denier. I compared it to another blanket (different manufacturer) That blanket is 1200D and feels much thicker than the Tuff Rider which is supposed to be 1680D.
Quality: There is no insulated lining at the front of the blanket. Only nylon lining. It is not a warm blanket, and definitely not a medium weight, as was advertised. I have repaired the tears using Schneiders repair tape for blankets. I have delegated this blanket to emergency use only because it has fared so badly.
Summary: Do not buy. For a better investment in horsewear, try Schneiders!
