Likes: Everything, quality, style...not the same hum drum pads you see in tack stores.

Summary: I read the review of Bernese...shame on you...If you couldn't get through to white eagle, its because you didn't call them, or email them or go to their web site, I spoke with them on numerous occassions, they always returned my calls, and asked what state I live in, and referred me to one of the many dealers in my state.
Your lost Bernese, because its one of the best pads on the market today.
