Purchase: I was given a bucket of Nicker Makers by a friend in Tennessee that I bought Ruger, my mule, from, just before Christmas. She said that all her mules loved them.
Likes: When I brought Ruger and the Nicker Makers home to South Carolina, my horses and Miniature Donkeys nearly "mugged me" to get to the Nicker Makers! They ALL LOVE them! The problem is now I need help desperately - I can't find them here in Lexington, South Carolina! So,if anyone can help me find them here I would really appreciate it, and I KNOW, ALL my equine friends would be forever in your debt!
Dislikes: Obviously there is nothing I don't like about the Nicker Makers, except for the fact that I can't find them to purchase locally! I went on-line looking for them and did manage to find them at $9.99 a bucket, but the shipping was going to be $12.99, obviously making the cost prohibitive to buy that way.
Quality: From reading the ingredient list this treat is all healthy and the quality and taste is obviously great from the reaction of all my horses, donkeys and Ruger, the mule. They LOVE them!
Summary: Purina needs to make these treats a lot more available to all parts of the country, please!!!
