Purchase: I have purchased several of these pads from VTO Saddlery online. They were $35 each.
Likes: I love the nice, thick padding under the saddle so I don't need a second pad, and it's not padded under the flaps so gives closer contact with your leg and the horse. They come in a LOT of different colors, and have the wither relief cut so stay up off your horse's withers.
Dislikes: Absolutely nothing I don't like about these. My trainer loves them too, and it's great not having to use an extra pad underneath. The padded part is lined with fleece, nice and soft against my horse, so no rubs or irritation.
Quality: Excellent quality, and you can throw them in the washer and line dry them (dry in about a day, even in damp weather), and they come out looking like new. Right now, I have 5 of them. When one gets dirty, I just grab another, so never have to use a dirty pad on my horse. For the price, this is extremely convenient.
Summary: VTO no longer shows these pads on their website, although they will order them for you, but you can't see what colors they come in. However, Bit of Style Equestrian sells them on their website, and also shows all the colors. Bit of Style sells them for $36. I'll be buying them from Bit of Style in the future.
