Likes: I was looking for fly wraps for my horse, since the stable flies around here are horrendous on their legs. I researched several brands, including Cashel and Kensington.
I found the Wrangler boots online at County Supply's site, but they recently stopped carrying them. I found these at a local tack warehouse, and bought a pair for his front legs.
I love the way they fit - they cover the entire foreleg, including his fetlocks, pastern area, and bulbs of his heel. They are shaped very well and don't twist easily. The velcro straps are the perfect length (unlike the Cashel's, which are always too long) and the boot stays on snugly without being too tight.
Dislikes: Nothing!
Quality: The material is textiline, which is a very durable material used in turnout fly sheets and some fly masks. The edges are bound with a neoprene-like material that is soft and helps "seal" the edges to prevent flies from crawling in. There are 4 velcro straps that fasten on the outside of the leg.
Summary: I just bought these fly boots, so we'll see how the quality holds up. But for now, my horse is much happier without flies biting his legs in turnout.
