Purchase: Bought these at the Dover Saddlery store in New Hampshire. The owner of SSG was there for a big sale the store was having and after speaking with him about the gloves I was excited to buy a pair. Paid $32.70 for them. Color: black
Likes: These gloves have been wonderful! I have been using them in my weekly lessons and they fit wonderfully. I love that they velcro across the top of your hand instead of at the wrist. At first I though this would be a disadvantage but it actually creates a snug and secure fit around your whole hand. I have a few pair of the SSG All Weather glove which I also love, but these take the cake! The grip is fantastic and the flexibility of them glove makes them feel like second skin.
Dislikes: Since they have the digital grip they do tend to attract more dust and dirt. Compared to the All Weather gloves they do not repel dirt as well. After a few wears they tend to look a little more grey than black. However, they wash up beautifully and look brand new.
Quality: I have washed the gloves many times and they still look like new. The rep from SSG said they would withstand years of repeated washings and I can see how that would be true!
Summary: Love these gloves! The fit, comfort and durability are all fantastic. Plus, I think they are a great deal for the price compared to some other gloves.
