Purchase: I purchased this saddle directly through Hilason.com and paid about $399 for the saddle and $35 for shipping. The saddle is a Western Flex-Tree Round Skirt Saddle with Floral Carving Tan Harness and Black Roughout Seat. I had been looking around for months and finally came across their products.
Likes: I went on Hilason.com and was able to do live chat on their website since I had concerns regarding their Flex Tree. Then I was also able to get a direct contact number to their sales rep. for better assistance. The lady was very polite and patient with me. I was able to purchase the saddle the same day and was also told that there wouldn’t be a problem if I needed to return the saddle if it did not fit my horse. The transaction was super fast and easy and kept me on the phone as she created my order. I was sent a tracking number the same day and my saddle was sent out to me and I received it within 5 business days. SUPER FAST.
I love my saddle and it fit my horse just great.
Dislikes:
Quality: The saddle not only looks great but also feels amazing. It's smooth and doesn't move around or shift as you're riding. I was instantly able tell whether or not the saddle would work out for my horse just by the first try-on.
Summary: Should definitely try purchasing through their website. They have more selections than I have seen on ebay or amazon.
