Purchase: I purchased this saddle used on Ebay for $950...a great deal!
Likes: Wow! This saddle has exceeded my expectations! It features an adjustable tree that takes MOMENTS to change from narrow to wide. You just flip it over and insert a key into a screw and VOILA! I was able to custom fit my very hard to fit horse in only moments. It is extremely easy and fast...ideal for using on multiple horses. I also love the deep, secure seat. It aligned my position beautifully. I didn't have to fight to sit up straight and balanced. Finally, the stirrup bars are also adjustable and can be slid forward or backwards to help assist in aligning your leg. An ingenious saddle that will save you tons of time and headaches in fighting both your ever changing horse as well as giving you an ideal position.
Dislikes: The only thing I didn't like is the leather is a bit slippery and a little harder than my buffalo saddle. I'll admit I've been spoiled so it was quite comfortable none-the-less. It is equal in comfort to just about every other saddle (besides my custom) that I've ridden in.
Quality: Very sturdy and well built. The adjustable tree and stirrup bars were extremely easy to use. The stitching was very nice even on this well used older saddle.
Summary: Awesome. The perfect saddle for people with young, growing horses or trainers who ride different horses daily. They are hard to find but worth the extra time!
