Purchase: I paid $99.00 for this pad new at a local tack store. The cotton is green and the sheepskin is tan. I got the pad with only the front by the withers rolled edge, not all the way around. I needed a pad that gave the withers of my horse cush and support, so this pad was the beast option.
Likes: I LOVE THIS HALF PAD! The sheepskin is sooooooo soft and it really gives relief to my horse. Their is not enough good things to say about this pad. I use this pad over a thin saddle pad so it wont get dirty, but you can use this pad alone on the horse.
Dislikes: The only drawback is the price, but its definitely worth the $150 (full price) that it goes for. Also, Fleeceworks doesn't guarantee the pad unless you wash it with a special leather laundry soap, but when I purchased the pad, the sales woman included the soap with the pad.
Quality: Very good construction. Nothing bad to say about this pad. This is definitely the ultimate pad.
Summary: I would recommend this pad for anybody needing support for the horse in the spine area and wither relief. VERY good pad.
