Purchase: I bought these used for $40. They regularly go for over $100 new, so I thought that was an awesome deal. They were in brand new condition and I needed some rubber reins as I grew tired of using the generic web reins that come with bridles.
Likes: Very nice, cushiony and excellent grip. There is some give and allows me to "feel" my horse's mouth and be in tune with him.
Dislikes: Nothing.
Quality: Tight leather stitching, nice cushiony leather pimple grips. Tough rubber. German leather on some parts of the reins. Buckle in middle of reins to attach both sides. Deep rich havana brown.
Summary: Great reins and good price!
